Return & Cancellation Policies

Original Artwork
All sales of original artwork are final. No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are available.

Art Prints
All art prints are made to order.

Exchange & Return Policy:
All print sales are final. We accept exchanges only for loose prints, within 7 calendar days of delivery. Prints must be in original, undamaged condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping, any price differences, and a 5% restocking fee based on the original order total.

Cancellation Policy:
Print orders can only be cancelled if printing has not begun. Because prints are made to order, cancellations are not guaranteed. A 5% cancellation fee will apply to all cancelled print orders.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Prints:
Report any lost, stolen, or damaged prints within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the damage, and images of the packaging (interior and exterior). Approved claims will receive a replacement—no refunds are issued.

Sale Items / Seconds Sales:
All sale purchases are final. No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds.

Stretched & Framed Artwork
Framing is available by request and is limited to domestic U.S. orders.

Return Policy:
Returns are not accepted on stretched or mounted artwork.

Shipping & Processing

Print Orders:
Processing time: 3–8 business days (not including shipping). Shipping estimates at checkout do not include processing time.

Mounted and Gallery Wrap Artwork:
Please allow up to 1 week for the artwork to ship.

Domestic Shipping:
We currently ship only within the continental United States. Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories cannot be processed. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Original artwork ships via USPS Priority or equivalent, with insurance.

International Shipping:
Currently not available.

Incorrect Shipping Information:
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Lost or mis-delivered orders due to incorrect addresses are not refundable. Buyers will be responsible for all re-shipping costs and a 50% reprint fee if the order must be replaced.

Ownership of Artwork

I retain all rights to all artwork I create, including images of sold or commissioned pieces. Reproduction rights are not transferred with purchase unless a separate agreement is made. Buyers may not reproduce or resell the artwork without written permission. For media features, credit is appreciated. Ownership of the physical piece allows for personal or business display only.
